Located in the up-market area of Nairobi County, the KILELESHWA EXECUTIVE APARTMENTS sits on a 3.6 acre plot with a total built up area of 22,474 square meters. It consist of 105 executive apartments of 4 and 5 bedroom units; all en-suite with high quality finishing.

The project was commissioned by the Kenya government’s National Housing Corporation (NHC) housing programme under the Ministry of Housing to provide decent houses for civil servants and the public. The construction tender was floated on an open market under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer model (DBFOT).

EPL submitted a bid and successfully won the tender and received funding from the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) – South Africa. We began the construction in October 2009 completed in March 2011.The total investment in the construction was Kenya Shillings 900, 000,000.00
